VENTURA – Police were called to a large party north of Ventura Saturday night.
Three Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance at a rural location north of Ventura on Saturday evening at about 11:05 PM.
It had been reported that a large number of people, possibly minors, were gathered at 20461 Apple Avenue. Up to 30 or more cars were at the location. Police arrived and blocked a driveway, NIT was informed, but some people were able to flee as police were still en route.
Sheriff Kevin Pals said Monday that no arrests were made yet.
