MASON CITY – Mason City police reported Tuesday that a wanted man had turned himself in.
Scott Alan Tepner was being sought by authorities after violating a no-contact order against an alleged victim of a domestic assault a number of times.
Mr. Tepner turned himself into the Cerro Gordo County Jail Tuesday morning around 7:30 AM and was later released.
He faces a trial on October 15th.
