NORTHWOOD – A Northwood teen was injured Sunday afternoon after her vehicle rolled.
According to a report, 18 year-old Lisa Irons of Northwood was traveling northbound on Interstate 35 at the 166 mile marker when her 2000 Ford Explorer left the roadway and entered the median. The vehicle proceeded to roll several times.
Irons was taken to the Franklin General Hospital in Hampton, Iowa.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by Latimer Fire, Franklin County Sheriff, and Franklin County EMS.
My guess is either texting or talking on the cell phone. Do you ever look at the other drivers? Why they all mostly are on the phone.
