MASON CITY – A Mason City man who lives on East State Street was arrested Tuesday after a domestic incident.
According to reports, Joshua Alan Wolff, 22, was arrested on Tuesday at about 6:08 PM after police responded to a physical domestic assault. Wolff was placed under arrest for domestic assault strangulation, a class D felony.
Wolff was released from the Cerro Gordo County Jail with no bond and faces a preliminary hearing on May 10th.
On his Facebook page, Wolff claims to be a Deli Associate at Wal-Mart Supercenter.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
