Product Development Forum Offered at NIACC

MASON CITY – On Wednesday, April 10, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Michael O’Donnell from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will present a “Product Development Forum” for business and engineering leaders responsible for revenue growth, margin improvement and strategy through new products. This forum will focus on the third step in the Innovation Cycle, “Develop.” The program will cover the benefits of successful product development tools and processes and resources available to improve speed to market and successful market innovation. The program will be held in the Activity Center, Room 101, on the NIACC campus.

The “Product Development” program is another in the NIACC John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center’s ongoing programming on Intentional Innovation as a regional priority to differentiate and advantage North Iowa businesses from their competition. Michael O’Donnell is the EDA Program Director at Iowa State University’s Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS). CIRAS is the NIACC Pappajohn Center’s manufacturing extension partner in acceleration services to grow and sustain existing manufacturing businesses in North Iowa.
