MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was charged with 2 counts of felony forgery this week.
Lynnette Renea Hanse, 35, was arrested at 1627 North Federal Avenue in Mason City on Tuesday at about 4 PM. An arrest warrant had been issued that day after a criminal complaint from the Clear Lake Police Department.
Clear Lake police indicated Thursday that Hanse was charged with cashing two checks that were previously stolen in a burglary from the Boathouse in Clear Lake on December 7th, 2012.
Hanse was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail, booked, and released on her own recognizance.
Hanse faces a preliminary court hearing on February 8th, 2013.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
