Online business relationships depend heavily on trust, clear communication, and timely payments. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Hola Prime has left me with serious concerns about a guest-posting payment that I believe remains unresolved.
I was contacted regarding guest-posting work and received orders involving 24 different websites. Based on the agreed work, I completed the required publishing tasks and successfully made the requested guest-post links live. From my side, the work was completed as requested, and the links were delivered.
The total amount I was expecting for the completed work was $1,680. After completing the assignments, I contacted the company several times to ask about the payment. Instead of receiving a satisfactory resolution, I experienced difficulties communicating with the company. According to my experience, I was eventually blocked after repeatedly asking about the outstanding payment.
This situation has been extremely frustrating because publishing guest posts requires time, coordination, website access, communication with publishers, and sometimes payment to third-party website owners. Once the work has been completed and the links are live, the publisher expects the agreed payment to be processed.
Hola Prime publicly presents itself as a prop-trading company and promotes transparency and fast payment processing for its trading customers. Its website currently advertises one-hour payouts for eligible trading payouts.
My complaint, however, concerns a separate business transaction involving guest-posting services. I am sharing my experience so that other publishers and digital marketers can understand the importance of maintaining complete records when working with companies online.
I have retained information relating to the orders, published URLs, communications, and payment request. Anyone dealing with an online company should keep copies of invoices, agreements, messages, published links, and delivery confirmations.
I hope this payment dispute can eventually be resolved professionally. My primary request is simple: payment for the completed work according to the agreed terms.
