WASHINGTON – President Obama on Tuesday met with Congressional leaders in Washington on the crisis in Syria involving the use of chemical weapons on citizens there.

“We have high confidence that Syria used, in an indiscriminate fashion, chemical weapons that killed thousands of people, including over 400 children, and in direct violation of the international norm against using chemical weapons,” President Obama explained. “That poses a serious national security threat to the United States and to the region, and as a consequence, Assad and Syria needs to be held accountable.”

Can there be any doubt that this guy is not a leader? First he draws a “red line” on this issue, and then denies it was him but the rest of the world.
Just who would we be supporting if we struck? I am hearing al Queda would benefit. This is what happens when a “leader” is unable to discern who is our enemy & who is not. Or, perhaps they are all Muslims & at the end of the day none are our friends – who knew??

I think Obama/Biden should be leading the troops in if he wants to start a war. Know that he has asked for helped to make a decision he has someone to blame when are these other idiots in the white house going to get smart to his plans.

can you say fratricide?

Going into Syria would be the same or worst then going into Iraq. We need to stay.

Now all of the sudden he wants congressional approval…..what happened to his famous, dark of the night executive orders?

You mean Obama doesn’t have a Czar to deal with Syria? That’s odd.
