Michael Reynolds, the son of Wallace and Ardis (Anderson) Reynolds was born on March 15, 1946 in Buffalo Center, Iowa. He died on October 14, 2024 at the South Shore Care Center in Worthington, MN at the age of 78 years.
He graduated from Swea City High School in 1964 before attending Estherville Junior College. Mike served in the Iowa National Guard for six years. He was employed with the Iowa Department of Transportation for 22 years.
In his free time, Mike enjoyed bowling, football, and basketball. Mike was a very sociable person, he enjoyed talking with everyone. He especially enjoyed morning coffees with his friends, where many stories were shared. He was a member of the Swea City United Methodist Church. He enjoyed singing with his daughters during many church services. He also enjoyed participating in plays and musicals.
Mike is survived by his children, Dr. Audra Reynolds of Bealton, Virginia, Hope (Mark) Tullis of Spirit Lake, Iowa, Dustin Reynolds of Estherville, Iowa, and Dr. Ross (Kiley) Reynolds of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; 6 grandchildren: Mauricio Argote, Elana Argote, Anna Tullis, April Tullis, McKenzie Reynolds, and Blake Reynolds. He is also survived by his siblings, Wallis Kaye (Dennis) Price of Johnston, Iowa, and Mark (Pam) Reynolds of Swea City, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Ardis (Anderson) Reynolds; and two granddaughters Ava and Jade Argote.
