Letter to the Editor:
I would like to express my support for Matt Marquardt in the run-off election for Ward 4 City Council.
Matt has the worth ethic, expertise, experience and temperament to be an outstanding City Council member. I know Matt pays attention to what is going on in Mason City. He has a good business and treats his customers well. He is fixing up a run-down area of town. He turned an old church into a nice new building that now is on the tax rolls. We need new leaders with a fresh perspective like Matt will bring to the table.
I am a veteran, and I know who I would follow. That person is Matt Marquardt. Please vote for Matt on December 5.
