Somebody’s elevator doesn’t quite reach the top floor.

Judge others much?

well..common sense would dictate you will be in much less trouble if you DON’T go on a wonton chase endangering many.. that being said, there’s been plenty of times I didn’t use common sense and I paid dearly for it each time (misdemeanor stuff 20 years ago)..most of us don’t get in to legal trouble to begin with. it took me 7 misdemeanors to get it right. it’s a tragedy that Logan Shoemaker got 58 years for this, all because he was tweaking on methamphetamine aka crystal meth. He just threw his life away.. NEVER run from police.. I speak somewhat from experience, having left a community corrections halfway house 15 years ago…. and now I can’t ever return to this state because I’m still wanted there.. long story. but it’s cost me 2 arrests in my home state of Florida, being held for extradition to Colorado in 2015 for 90 days and 2 weeks ago, was only in booking for 4 hours..my dad is a lawyer, he got ahold of a district attorney in Colorado where the warrant is for escape from a halfway house from a false charge of “attempted burglary” I got while living there for 2 yrs, by simply suffering a blackout and subsequently thought I was at my house but couldn’t get in the door. I was at the wrong house that looked just like mine.. the homeowners thought I was lying so the state and my attorney got this horrible deal for me.. 2 weeks ago, the district attorney called the jail here and told Florida they’re not extraditing me on the warrant..so the cops here wasted all that time for nothing.. don’t run from cops..ever!
