Escaped domestic abuser sought by regional authorities

WATERLOO – An escaped, convicted domestic abuser is on the loose, and regional authorities are on the lookout.

Malik De’Sean Richard, convicted of domestic abuse assault- 3rd or subsequent offense in Black Hawk County failed to report back to Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility as required last night.

Richard is a 25-year-old Black male, height 5’7 and weighing 140 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on May, 23, 2017.

Persons with information on Richard’s whereabouts should contact the local police.

    Will be attending Harvard this fall same as Obama (SAID) he did. Basket weaving and deceit as a major – known as political science or brain washing.
