Iowa Falls woman faces felony assault and child endangerment charges

IOWA FALLS – An Iowa Falls woman was brought to jail Wednesday on felony assault and child endangerment charges.

Kimberly Vanessa Murray, age 27 of Iowa Falls, was arrested by Iowa Falls police on March 1 for an alleged incident that took place on February 20, 2017. As a result of that incident, Iowa Falls police investigated and filed a complaint in court on February 26. Records show an arrest warrant was issued two days later, leading to the apprehension of Murray on charges of child endangerment causing bodily injury and assault causing bodily injury.

A social media page shows Murray worked at “kimberlys daycare” but lacks a recent update.

Murray was brought to the Hardin county jail and held on a total of $6,000 cash or surety bond. She remains there awaiting a pre-trial release evaluation.
