MASON CITY – Police say charges are pending after two men faced off at a birthday party in the mall at a bouncy house storefront.

Police tell NIT that on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2016, around 1:30 PM, a window was broken inside the mall at a business named “Hoppy Go Lucky.” During a birthday party, one man allegedly walked up to another man, and either grabbed him and or then pushed him backward into a large glass window. The window shattered.

Police say no one was injured and charges are pending as a result of this incident. The names of the men were not released.

“Officers are awaiting a damage estimate to determine the damage amount before filing charges,” a police spokesman said.

The store was closed since the incident, but appeared ready to re-open as scheduled Wednesday for normal hours of 5-8 PM.

Anything new on this Matt?

Yeah Matt sure is funny no names released, is it someone of importance with the city?

Why weren’t the names released ??

Stay classy Mason City.

🙂

Were either one part of the birthday party, or just a couple of slugs looking to cause trouble. Can’t wait to hear who they are, probably some of Mason Cities finest.

I bet you can’t wait. Gossip and rumor is what this site thrives on.

Show me where on this site that I gossiped about anyone.

Probably just a couple of law breaking libraterds. They have no morals and no class.

You are a sick Man!

No, LVS is not a sick man.
LVS is just really stupid & ignorant.
And LVS is definitely not a man….let’s just say LVS has to squat to pee.
