MASON CITY – One person was taken to the hospital after an auto accident Saturday night in Mason City.
The collision occurred at about 10:35 PM on South Federal Avenue near 12th SW. According to bystanders, one vehicle rear-ended another. A pregnant woman was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital for observation.
The damage to both vehicles appeared to be minor. No names were immediately released.
