HAMTPON – 2016 Republican Presidential Candidate, Rick Santorum is set to visit Hampton for a meet and greet open house on Tuesday, June 9th from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at the Franklin County Youth for Christ Center in Hampton. Santorum, a former U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania, was the winner of the 2012 Republican Caucus in Iowa, and announced his candidacy for the 2016 Republican nomination on May 27th.
The Republican Party of Franklin County will provide coffee for the event, and invites anyone planning to attend “Tuesday on the Town” festivities in Band Shell Park to stop by the Youth for Christ Center to visit with Senator Santorum for a short time before enjoying a night of entertainment in downtown Hampton.
The Franklin County Youth for Christ Center is located on Highway 65 South in Hampton.
