CHARLES CITY – A North Iowa man was recently arrested in Charles City for drunk driving.
Charles City police conducted a traffic stop on May 24 at 1:49 AM at the 600 block of South Grand Avenue after a caller reported a suspicious vehicle. During the traffic stop, police arrested the driver, 23-year-old Zachery Orlovsky of Goodell for operating while intoxicated, first offense.
Orlovsky was jailed and later released, as he awaits a court date this month,
