MINNEAPOLIS – Police in Minneapolis were called after shots were fired and discovered a deceased man.
Prior to 2:00 am, officers from Minneapolis Police Departments’s 5th Precinct responded to the area of Pillsbury North of Lake Street on a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival they located a deceased male in the street.
Preliminary investigation yields that people had a confrontation at the location and one person started shooting.
The medical examiner will release the identity of the victim as well as the nature and cause of death.
