MASON CITY – NIACC sophomore Al Davis was selected as the NJCAA Division II men’s basketball player of the week.
Davis was also the co-ICCAC men’s basketball player of the week.
Davis scored 25 points with 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal against DMACC on Feb. 11.
He also scored 14 points with 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals against Iowa Central on Feb. 14.
It is the second time that Davis has been honored as the ICCAC player of the week. He was also selected as the league’s top player for the week of Ja. 5-10.
