CHARLES CITY – Police in Charles City arrested a man for drunk driving late Thursday.
A Charles City police officer conducted a traffic stop on Thursday, October 2 at about 11:17 PM near the intersection of North Grand Avenue and 4th Avenue. As a result of the stop, 21-year-old Tyler Tonelli of Clear Lake was arrested for operating while intoxicated first offense.
Tonelli was jailed and released as he awaits a court date.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
