CLARION – A Wright county woman’s sexual abuse trial has been pushed back for a third time.
Diana Guido, age 50 of Goldfield, pled not guilty in March to second degree sexual abuse, indecent contact with a child, indecent exposure and dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor. all charges brought by the Eagle Grove Police Department. The alleged incident took place on January 1, 2011.
Guido initially demanded a speedy trial, but after a third continuance, her trial is now set for November 4, with a pre-trial conference set for October 15.
Guido’s husband, Leonardo Guido-Acosta, is still wanted in connection with this incident.
