CLEAR LAKE – Police stopped a Clear Lake man and arrested him for drunk driving early Sunday.
Clear Lake police stopped 23-year-old Michael Blake Allie early Sunday. After an investigation, it was determined that Allie was intoxicated. He was placed under arrest on charges of operating while intoxicated, speeding and tinted windows.
A breath alcohol test was performed by a Clear Lake officer Sunday at 2:58 AM and the male subject registered 0.195 and 0.194. Allie was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail a short time later.
Allie was booked, jailed and later released as he awaits a court date.
