MASON CITY – A local man is going to prison after a guilty plea to lascivious acts with a child.
Bryan Lee Holmes, age 34, plead guilty Monday after striking a deal in court that will send him to prison for 5 years. His victim was a girl, between the ages of 12 and 13.
Holmes was ordered to pay $2,315.25 in court costs and fines. He is now in the Cerro Gordo County Jail awaiting transport to prison.
Holmes listed on his Facebook page various fast food restaurants as his places of employment, including Pizza Hut, McDonald’s and Taco Bell.
