MASON CITY – Troy Levenhagen has decided to take a shot at becoming a member of the Mason City Park Board as a write-in candidate.

With just a few days left until the election, Troy declared his intentions Tuesday to seek a seat on the board.  He is the owner of the Suzie Q restaurant in downtown Mason City.

Write-in candidates must have their name written on the ballot and the oval darkened next to their name.

Voting continues at the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse during normal business hours through election day on November 5th.

Not Voting T.L., I’m sorry you feel that way.

FROM NIT STAFF: Please keep the comments respectable. Thank you.

We used to call him Troy “leave-me-hanging” when he cooked at Perkins in the 80’s.
