Swaledale man allegedly recklessly fires gun, is arrested

SWALEDALE – A man is in jail after authorities were called due to shots being fired in a reckless manner.

According to a report, at least four Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 110 East Douglas Street early Sunday morning at bout 1 AM after a citizen reported that a gun was being fired.

Carl William Starbuck, 48, was arrested for discharging a firearm wtihin the city limits and reckless use of a firearm. He was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail, where he is still being held on $3,000.00 cash bond.

Look at this guy! Where do these people in North Iowa COME from?? Looking at this guy reminds me of “of Mice and Men.” This guy doesn’t look like he is bright enough to tie his own shoes.
