Disabled person reported missing in Charles City

CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman has been reported missing since Monday.

Amy S. Myhre, age 32, was reported missing to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department (641-228-1821), in Charles City on October 29th, 2012.

She is reported to have some type of disability.  Neither the Floyd County Sheriff’s office nor the Charles City Police Department could offer any further details or information on her disappearance.  “I’m not at liberty to divulge any information,” the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office stated.  Sheriff Rick Lynch said information on the woman could not be released because her disappearance is a “confidential matter under court order.”
