MASON CITY – Lyle Harvey Peterson, age 49, was arrested Saturday morning after a Mason City Police officer was dispatched to 616 South Van Buren Avenue at 10:58 am.
Peterson was charged with Assault/Domestic/Aggravated which is an aggravated misdemeanor. There was no bond set, Peterson must see magistrate.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
