Congressman King, Congressman Latham Tell Iowans to Drop Dead

From ProgressIowa.org:

DES MOINES, IOWA — In a vote this afternoon, Congressmen Steve King and Tom Latham refused to move on and told American families in Iowa to drop dead when they voted to take away their health care. King and Latham voted to again let insurance companies deny families care because of preexisting conditions. King and Latham voted to throw millions of senior citizens back into the prescription drug donut hole. King and Latham voted to kick millions of young adults off their parents insurance.

“With their vote to repeal Obamacare, Steve King and Tom Latham told Iowans to drop dead today,” said Matt Sinovic, executive director of Progress Iowa. “Our Members of Congress should vote based on what’s best for Iowa, not political games. We deserve better from our elected officials.”

Just in case that heartless vote wasn’t bad enough, these are the same Congressmen who support the Romney/Ryan budget that ends Medicare while giving huge tax cuts to millionaires, big oil companies and corporate jet owners.
