DNR Air Quality Bureau requires emissions inventories to be submitted by March 31, 2012

Facilities subject to Title V of the Clean Air Act must submit their emissions inventories for 2011 to the DNR Air Quality Bureau by March 31, 2012.

Similar to last year, the DNR is not requiring reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for 2011. However, some industrial sectors and facilities that emit 25,000 metric tons or more of CO2 equivalent GHG emissions per year are required to submit annual reports to EPA. Please visit this site to determine if your facility is subject to the federal GHG reporting program.

Title V emission inventory forms can be downloaded from the DNR Air Quality Bureau web site here. Two copies (three copies if your facility is located in Linn or Polk county) of Forms 1.0, 4.0, 5.0 and Part 3 are required.
