Around noon, Thursday, Janelle Lynn Rammelsberg, age 27, and Patricia Kay Mikulskis, age 53 were arrested on warrants at 416 N. Penn Apt 4, Mason City. They were charged with Possession of a controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. Rammelsberg’s bail is $10,000 Cash/Surety/10% Cash and Mikulskis’s bail is $60,000 Cash/Surety/10% Cash.
