On Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at approximately 12:53 PM, Waterloo patrol officers and Waterloo Fire Rescue were dispatched to the Elmwood Cemetery at 226 Elmwood on the report of deceased person that had been discovered. Patrol Officers arrived and located a deceased male lying on the ground.
Waterloo Detectives were called and upon further investigation no foul play was discovered.
