CORALVILLE – Kenneth David Fransen was pronounced dead due to natural causes at 10:28 a.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022 at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center. Fransen was 74 years old at the time of his death.
Fransen had been serving a 5-year maximum term for the crimes of Operating While Intoxicated – 3rd or Subsequent Offense from Osceola County. His sentence began on January 6, 2021.
