FORT DODGE – A Fort Dodge woman was arrested today on a felony charge after barging into a house and assaulting a person.
At approximately 6:55 A.M. on February 4, 2021, the Webster County Telecommunications Center received a report of a burglary to a residence that had occurred earlier in the morning. Officers with the Fort Dodge Police Department responded to the residence. Information gathered from the victim indicated that a female subject forced her way into the residence and assaulted the victim before leaving the residence.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division as well as patrol officers worked throughout the day on this incident and an arrest was made this afternoon. Daesha Deandra Green, a 24‐year‐old from Fort Dodge, has been arrested and charged with the following:
*Burglary 1st Degree (B Felony)
Green is currently being held in the Webster County Jail. She is scheduled to make her initial appearance at 9:00 A.M. tomorrow morning in Webster County Magistrate Court.
