MASON CITY – A Mason City man was taken to jail on a charge of lascivious acts with a child.
Mason City police went to 1414 South Wilson Avenue on May 6 at about 9 PM, seeking out 36-year-old Christopher Alan Hull, who was wanted on an arrest warrant. Hull is accused of a felony crime of lascivious acts with a child, a crime ehe allegedly committed back in June of 2015. Officers arrested Hull and took him to the county jail.
Hull remains incarcerated at this time on $10,000 cash bond, awaiting a May 12 preliminary hearing.
Hull also faces a charge of operating while intoxicated – the second time he has faced this charge.
He is accused, not convicted.
