CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man was taken to jail after he allegedly had a child in his bed as he pleasured himself.
A charge of felony C lascivious acts with a child was filed by the Charles City police department on September 26 against 20-year-old James Foster III. According to KCHA Radio, Foster had a child in his bed while he masturbated and touched her under her clothes. The alleged offense took place on August 26.
A search warrant in connection to Foster was executed by police on September 7. A warrant for his arrest was issued by a judge on September 26, and Foster was brought to jail the next day. Foster was released under supervision on September 28. He will be arraigned on October 17.
