MASON CITY – The NIACC men’s soccer team dropped a 3-1 decision to Iowa Central Tuesday afternoon at the NIACC pitch.

Iowa Central jumped out to a 2-0 lead and led 2-1 at the half.

Iowa Central added a goal in the second half to claim its 2-goal victory.

Iowa Central (4-4-1 overall, 3-4-1 in the ICCAC) received two goals from Preston Kamara and one goal from Luah Kahnplaye.

NIACC’s lone goal came from Bailey Foster on an assist from Perry Katesmark at the 11:24 mark of the first half.

NIACC (3-7, 2-7) returns to action Saturday at home against Marshalltown, Match time is set for 2 p.m.
