WATERLOO – A Nora Springs felon allegedly caused a drunk driving accident that left an elderly woman hurt.
Andreas D. Frazier, age 32 of Nora Springs, is accused by Waterloo police of drunk driving, serious injury by vehicle, and third-offense possession of marijuana after an auto accident on June 19. The Waterloo Courier reports that an elderly woman was left with serious injuries in the accident.
After the accident, Frazier was taken to the Black Hawk county jail, where he was held on $8,000 bond. He soon then posted bond and was released, as he awaits a June 30 court hearing.
Frazier has been accused of numerous domestic violence crimes, felony burglary and more.
Most recently, NIT is told Frazier busted out a police car window in Nora Springs. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of first-degree harassment. He has been appointed a public defender and awaits a July 5 court hearing.
This accident might not have happened had he been in jail where he belonged.

We are all not surprised of your half ass reporting, were all used to it . But report the story correctly the elderly lady pulled out from a side street directly in front of him. I was a witness. His other charges that may be true I don’t know but I just wanted you to report it properly.
Be that as it may… he was still drunk while driving and has a rap sheet a mile long. He needs to go back to the hood where he came from and perpetrate his crimes on his homies and their families and not us law binding citizens here…
As I said previously if he was drunk then that’s his fault for being dumb drunk driving, I just stated the lady pulled out directly in front of him so that’s how she is involved in this story. It’s very unfortunate for her and prayers to her family.
If you actually read the article .. the first half of it was reported by the Waterloo Courier only the last portion was from NIT. So, plead your “witness” statement to them.
