CLEAR LAKE – A man is in jail serving his sentence after he was aught drunk driving in Clear Lake.
Vern Emil Jake Freese, age 61, was stopped and arrested by Clear Lake police on July 18, 2015. An alcohol test performed on a male subject that day at 2:36 AM on a male subject returned two results of 0.153.
Reese later pled guilty to first offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 2 days in jail, loss of his driver’s license and ordered to pay $1,797.50 in fines and court fees.
