CLEAR LAKE – An allegedly intoxicated man was jailed after a deputy found him with a tipped over motorcycle.
A Cerro Gordo deputy while on patrol at about 1:39 AM Sunday morning near Third Street and Main Avenue in Clear Lake discovered Tim Ostrander of Clear Lake with a tipped over motorcycle. After an investigation, Ostrander was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest for first offense operating while intoxicated.
Ostrander was taken to jail, booked and later released pending a court date.
