ROCKWELL – A North Iowa man is in jail, accused of on-going sexual abuse of a minor.
Michael J. Lowe, age 45 of Rockwell, was arrested by Clear Lake Police on May 19 on two charges of second degree sexual abuse, two charges of third degree sexual abuse, and two charges of lascivious acts with a child. The alleged abuse began in 2006, records show.
Lowe remains in the county jail on $25,000 bond. He has a public defender and has applied for bond reduction. He will be arraigned on June 9.
