SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – A man angry about U.S. and Korean war games used a razor blade to attack an American ambassador Thursday.
The U.S. State Department confirmed that U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Mark Lippert was assaulted Thursday morning in Seoul while giving a speech, and “strongly condemned this act of violence.”
