CHARLES CITY – Police have charged and arrested a Charles City man on a felony burglary charge.
Jared Leo Johnston, age 23, was arrested by Charles City police on a charge of felony third degree burglary for an incident that allegedly occurred on February 1, 2015. A warrant for his arrest had been issued on February 12, and police caught up with Johnston on February 17. He was taken to jail and released that day on his own recognizance.
Johnston awaits a hearing on March 2.
