CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman was arrested late last week for driving while barred, her third arrest on that charge in the last 14 months.
Crystal Vanbrocklin, age 36, was arrested at 9:00 AM on February 19th on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving while barred. She had been wanted since January 21st.
Vanbrocklin had been stopped by Charles City on three previous occasions for driving while barred: September 18th, 2013; December 13th, 2012 and December 5th, 2012.
She was released pending a future court date.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
