MASON CITY – The Brick and Tile Building in Mason City is undergoing a facelift at this time.
Tuck pointing work began about 4 weeks ago said Said Pajic, owner of Pajic Tuck Pointing out of Waterloo.
Pajic said that in addition to tuck pointing, other patching is being completed and the entire south and east sides of the building will be painted. The color that has been chosen is called “sierra tan.” A call to a local paint store had no information on that paint color.
Pajic said Friday that the project has 2 to 3 weeks remaining and is at the scene working alongside his brother.
A call to the Brick and Tile Building was not answered Friday.
