MASON CITY – Mason City police were called to the Perkins restaurant, located at 2201 4th Street SW, at about 2:09 a.m. for a fight that an employee said involved multiple people inside the restaurant.
Several MCPD officers arrived on the scene and conducted an investigation. Two bystanders were found to have minor injuries as a result of the altercation. Neither bystander required immediate medial attention.
Four persons were arrested for actions they allegedly took prior to police being called: Michael B. Allie, 20, of Clear Lake; Stacy E. Allie, 33, of Mason City; Monica M. Allie, 25, of Mason City; and William S. Davis, 41 also of Mason City. All four subjects were taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor, punishable by up to a $625 fine and or 30 days in jail.
According to public records, three of the individuals plead guilty and were released from jail.
