Mason City water

MASON CITY – Water customers in Mason City are required to participate in a mandatory water meter replacement program.

The City of Mason City is actively working on a city wide water meter replacement program. The program is designed to improve efficiencies in data collection and billing processing. The new meters also provide information that can be used to improve customer service through stored data which can be used to resolve water usage questions and concerns. The program is approximately 65% complete and the city is now positioned to replace the remaining 4,500 water meters by September 30, 2020.

To complete the program on schedule, the city contracted with Ferguson Waterworks. Ferguson Waterworks are experienced professionals who have administered meter installation programs for cities across Iowa and surrounding states. Ferguson Waterworks began working with the program in February; scheduling appointments initiated through a mailed notice to you the customer. There is no cost to the customer for the replacement of the meter.

No cost. That is incredible. Thank you! Yet we have a rip off company like Alliant Energy firing 150 employees, raising our electric and gas bills and charging customers for the replacement of electric and gas meters so the higher ups and managers can fill their pockets with our money! ALLIANT ENERGY: WE ARE ON FOR YOU SO WE CAN SCREW YOU!

Does anybody know, will the new meters allow for different water usage rates depending on the time of day?

Yes, they will and you will be able to order home delivery pizza with them too. Other features will be; getting your taxes done, finding out the Powerball numbers in advance so you will be able to buy the winning ticket and of course, the meters will be able to find your lost car keys too.

No. What it does actually do is emit low levels of radiation 24/7/365. Waters meter directly below your kids bedroom? You can expect to see an IQ increase of 20 points and “X-Men” like special powers….only issue is it takes a couple decades to really set in.
Have no fear for the cancer causing radiation is being emitted from day 1 after the install. If you desire a speeding up of the process make you child stand within 3′ of it for 1 hour a day, and the effects will be evident within a month or so.
Enjoy technology (AKA cancer, Alzheimer’s etc) folks.

Just a question for you. Do you have stock in Reynolds Wrap? I’ll bet you use a lot of aluminum foil.
        Just be yourself.
