MASON CITY – A Charles City woman claimed a $30,000 lottery prize after buying the winning ticket in Mason City.
Roberta Hill (pictured above via the Iowa Lottery) of Charles City claimed a $30,000 top prize playing the Diamond Mine 9X scratch game, the Iowa Lottery said. She purchased the lucky ticket at Prime Wine & Spirits, 1104 N. Federal Ave. in Mason City.
