CLARKSVILLE - A Clarksville woman was nabbed in meth bust as two suspects from Indiana escaped the reach of cops.

CLARKSVILLE – A Clarksville woman was nabbed in meth bust as two suspects from Indiana escaped the reach of cops.

On November 30th, Clarksville Police with the assistance of the Butler County Sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at 503 West Weare Street in Clarksville. During the execution of the warrant numerous items of drug paraphernalia were seized along with methamphetamine. The resident, 46-year-old Tammy Evans, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and released pending a court appearance. Two other individuals, from Indiana, who left the scene are being sought by police for questioning.

The investigation is underway and more charges may come at a later date.
