WEST UNION, IOWA – A Northern Iowa man was nabbed by law enforcement after he arrived at a sheriff’s office with drugs while driving illegally.
On March 3, 2018, Fayette county deputies investigated after a man dropped a woman off at the local jail to visit an inmate. They discovered that 39-year-old Bradley Richard James Cue of Hazleton was barred from driving and had dropped off a female subject at the Sheriff’s Office to visit an inmate. He later returned at approximately 2:34 PM to pick her up.
Deputies were waiting, and they arrested Cue for driving while barred (aggravated misdemeanor), possession of controlled substance-3rd or subsequent (class D felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor), and failure to provide proof of financial liability (simple misdemeanor).
Cue was held at the Fayette County Jail for initial appearance before a magistrate before he posted bond and was released.
