FOREST CITY – A North Iowa man was jailed after an incident at a Forest City hotel.
The incident took place on January 10, 2017, at 1:22 PM, when Forest City police were called to the Forest City Motel, located at 1115 Highway 69. Staff at the hotel had called police to help evict an occupant of the motel. After an investigation, 53-year-old David Wayne Eicholz of Thompson, Iowa was arrested and charged with trespass and interference with official acts.
Eicholz now awaits a hearing in court connected to this case.
